1. Information We Collect

StratoSport collects information you provide directly (email, name, account credentials) and automatically collects usage data (leagues browsed, teams followed, predictions viewed, device information). This helps us deliver personalized experiences and improve AI prediction accuracy.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Generate and improve hybrid AI predictions (BSD + Gemini models)
• Personalize league and team recommendations
• Analyze prediction accuracy and system performance
• Send match alerts and notifications (opt-in)
• Prevent fraud and maintain platform security

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with analytics partners to improve prediction models. If we partner with third-party AI providers, your data is shared only as necessary and subject to strict data processing agreements.

4. Third-Party Advertising & AdMob

StratoSport uses Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. Google AdMob may collect and use personal data (such as device identifiers, location, and app usage data) to provide personalized ads.

• iOS Users: Under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, we will ask for your explicit permission before tracking your data across apps or websites for personalized advertising.
• EEA/UK Users: We use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent for personalized ads in compliance with the GDPR.

You can opt-out of personalized advertising at any time by modifying your device settings (e.g., turning off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS or resetting your advertising ID on Android). For more information, please review Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data anytime
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt-out of marketing communications

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove personal data within 30 days, except where legally required.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use industry-standard security practices including regular audits. However, no system is completely secure.

StratoSport is only available to users age 18 or older. By using the app, you certify that you meet this requirement.

2. Prediction Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT: StratoSport predictions are for ENTERTAINMENT ONLY. They are not financial advice or betting recommendations.

While our hybrid AI achieves 47%+ accuracy, no prediction system is 100% accurate. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Do not use StratoSport for gambling or financial decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

StratoSport is provided "as-is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incorrect predictions, financial losses, service interruptions, bugs, or third-party platform issues.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

StratoSport offers "StratoSport Pro" as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use StratoSport to promote illegal betting or gambling
• Scrape, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Share account credentials or paid access
• Violate local sports betting laws
• Post offensive or harassing content

6. Jurisdiction

StratoSport is not licensed as a bookmaker or betting platform. Users are responsible for complying with local sports betting regulations in their jurisdiction.
